Medical Director
Dr. Hamadeh is the Medical Director of Advanced Access Medical Care. He Graduated with honors from Damascus University School of Medicine. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston in 2006 and his fellowship in Nephrology at Jacobi Medical Center, Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, New York. Then he stayed as an Assistant Professor of Nephrology until 2013 when he joined Advanced Access Medical Care.
With more than 15 years of dedicated experience in dialysis access care, Dr. Hamadeh has performed over 15,000 dialysis access procedures, focusing on the preservation, maintenance, and optimization of vascular access for patients with kidney failure. He is certified by the American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology (ASDIN) and has extensive expertise in fistula maturation, angioplasty, thrombectomy, tunneled dialysis catheter management, central venous occlusion repair, non surgical endofistula creation and complex access interventions.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Hamadeh is passionate about education and has trained multiple physicians in advanced dialysis access techniques, helping expand access to high-quality interventional nephrology care.
Dr. Hamadeh has also been at the forefront of innovation in the field. He was among the early adopters in the tri-state area of non-surgical endovascular arteriovenous fistula creation and has performed more than 250 Ellipsys™ endovascular AV fistula procedures, offering eligible patients a minimally invasive alternative to traditional surgical fistula creation.
His mission is to provide compassionate, patient-centered care while advancing the field of dialysis access through innovation, education, and excellence in procedural outcomes.
